3. Function Use
Connect to the outside line, and the phone will ring when there is an incoming call.
1. When there is an incoming call, press the hands-free (SPKR) button to talk to the other party. After the call, press the hands-free (SPKR) button to hang up.
2. When making a call, press the hands-free (SPKR) button first, then dial the other party’s number to connect the call, and press the hands-free (SPKR) button to hang up after the call.
3. रीडायल
After answering the phone, press the “रीडायल” button to redial the last dialed number.
4. Chamak
When the number is reported as busy, please press the flash (CHAMAK) button once, then replay the number or press the redial (REDIA) button to replay the number just dialed.
5. Turn off the transmission (मूक)
This machine is equipped with a mute button. During a call, if you have something to discuss with others and don’t want the other party to hear it, you can press and hold the “मूक” button at this time, and the other party will not hear your conversation with the person next to you. Release the “मूक” button when you talk to the other party again.
6. Number storage and use
1) Number storage: Plug the phone into the outside line, and in the on-hook state, first press the phone number to be stored, and finally press and hold the selected speed dial service key for 2 सेकंड. When you hear a “beep” sound, it means that the number you pressed is in the key. उदाहरण के लिए: to store 8866 in the main service desk key and 8836 in the emergency service key, press 8, 8, 6, 6 on the keyboard, and finally press and hold the main service desk key for 2 सेकंड. When you hear a “beep” sound, 8866 is stored in the main service desk key. Continue to press 8, 8, 3, 6 on the keyboard, and press and hold the emergency service key for 2 सेकंड. When you hear a “beep” sound, 8836 is stored in the emergency service key. If you press the wrong number while pressing the number again, just reset it.
Note:
a. When storing a new number, the old number is automatically deleted.
b. The maximum length of the number stored in the speed dial service key can be up to 32 अंक.
