Yes, we can accept your OEM/ODM orders with your or your customers’ LOGO/brand. Our team can help you customize the packaging design, produce a new mold, make new PCB circuit design, silk print etc.

Usually our finance can support T/T, L/C, Western Union, Money Gram. Also the Alipay, Wechat, Paypal or Alibaba orders can be available.

For usual standard products, our daily capacity of each production line is around 2000 pcs to 4500 pcs. For some trim line phones or basic phones, the daily capacity can be around 4000 pcs to 5000 pcs; But for some caller ID multi-function phones, it will be around 2000 pcs.

We have 5 production lines for product assembling, and the total daily capacity can be around 13000 pcs. With about 22 workers in each production line,we have have more than full time 110 workers.

For most orders, our lead time will be around 45 to 60 working days, including the materials ready time.

Such as, for 20K one caller ID phone model, the total lead time will be 60 working days:

50 working days for materials ready + 10 working days for mass production.

Different kinds of trade terms can be acceptable, such as EXW factory, FCA, FOB, CIF, C&F, DDU, DDP etc.. The final trade terms will be confirmed after negotiate with the customer’s detailed requirements.

The samples with our standard specifications can be available. If we have ready samples, the cost will be not much. But for old customers, we can offer samples for free.

If the samples should be customized, the cost will be depended on the actual labour and material cost. If the future order quantity will be big, such cost may be returned back to you in future.

One year factory warranty from the date of shipment, during that period, if any products are defective because of the factory’s side, we will offer you the replacing parts at our cost. As the lead time of products or the parts will also take around 45 working days, the replacing parts will be offered during your future new orders.

Our working time is 9:00am–18:00pm Monday–Saturday, any email shall be replied within 24 working hours normally.

In China, there is anti-money laundry policy, for which the government strictly manages every payment from abroad. The payment you made will firstly go to their managing account, and only when we submit bill of loading to them, payment will be released to us; If we are not able to make shipment and submit bill of lading within lead time, the payment will be returned to you or pended by State Administration of Foreign Exchange，SAFE.
